||Deep tissue massage focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue which is very helpful for chronically tense and contracted areas like the neck, low back, and shoulders.
||Neuromuscular Therapy Massage is also known as “trigger point” therapy (areas of high neurological activity, which refer pain to other parts of the body). A combination of Deep Tissue and Myofascial release techniques are used along with deep breathing and compression to help release the “knots”.
||Swedish Massage is a relaxing Massage using effleurage(gliding strokes), and relaxation techniques.
